    • 雲端存檔工資單及紀錄;
    • 外傭電子簽收;
    • 下載無水印 PDF;
    • 保存上載的合約原件。

如下載遇到問題,請電郵 support@payhelpers.com。

  • 年期方案:付款後3日內、且未使用任何付費功能,可獲全數退款;

English Version

Version: 1.0 | Effective date: 2026-09-30 | Last updated: 2026-10-23

1. About these terms

  1. These terms are an agreement between you and Digital Vision Brands Holdings Limited ("we", "us") for the use of PayHelpers HK (the "Service", https://payhelpers.com).
  2. By registering or using the Service, you agree to these terms, the Privacy Policy and the Refund Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Who can use the Service

  1. You must be 18 or over.
  2. The Service is for employers in Hong Kong who employ foreign domestic helpers ("helpers"). You must use it as the employer, or with the employer's authority.
  3. Helpers do not need an account. They only sign payslips through e-sign links you send them.

3. Your account and security

  1. Give us true and up-to-date account details.
  2. Keep your sign-in details (including your Google account) safe. You are responsible for all activity in your account.
  3. Tell us straight away if you think someone has used your account without permission.

4. Free and paid features

  1. Free: payroll calculation, helper profile, rest day / statutory holiday / makeup leave calendar, and payslips in Chinese (Hong Kong), English and Indonesian (with watermark).
  2. Paid plans add:
    • cloud archive of payslips and records;
    • helper e-sign;
    • no-watermark PDF downloads;
    • keeping the uploaded contract original.
  3. We may add or adjust features (see section 14), but we will not remove the paid features above during a plan you have paid for, except under clause 14.3.

5. Paid plans

  1. There are two paid paths: a one-time yearly plan, and a monthly plan. The rules differ. Read the clauses for the plan you buy.
  2. Yearly plans (one-time payment, no auto-renewal):
    • Prices (Hong Kong dollars): HK$69 for 12 months; HK$99 for 24 months.
    • A yearly plan is a one-time payment. It does not auto-renew, and we will not charge a renewal fee for that yearly plan.
    • There is no subscription to cancel on a yearly plan. When it ends, section 6 applies.
  3. Monthly plan (HK$39 / month, renews automatically):
    • Price (Hong Kong dollars): HK$39 / month.
    • The monthly plan renews automatically (the next period is charged unless you have cancelled).
    • You can cancel via Stripe Customer Portal from Account, Billing, or the pricing page. After you cancel you keep that month; paid features stop at the end of the period (cancel at period end), and the next period is not charged.
    • Monthly refunds: a full refund within 3 days of the first monthly charge; cancelling after that does not refund the current month (you keep the paid period). Details are in the Refund Policy (https://payhelpers.com/refund).
  4. Each plan covers 1 active helper. If you employ more than one helper, buy one plan per helper.
  5. An "active helper" is a helper in your account who is not marked as employment ended.
  6. A yearly plan starts on the day payment succeeds.
  7. 6A.Plan transfer (yearly plans): if your current helper is marked as employment ended (contract completed or terminated), you can transfer the plan's remaining time to a newly hired helper. Each plan can be transferred once per plan period. After a transfer, the previous helper's data is locked, but you can download it once for free under section 6, clause 6. Signing links already sent keep working. A monthly plan has no remaining days to transfer; cancelling only stops the next period, and the current month is not refunded.
  8. Renewal (yearly plans): if you buy a renewal before your plan expires, the new plan starts the day after your current expiry date. At checkout you choose either "renew for my current helper" or "add a plan for another helper" (starts today).
  9. Payments are processed by Stripe. We never store your full card number.
  10. Future price changes do not affect yearly plans you have already bought.

6. When a plan expires

  1. When a plan expires, your data is kept but locked: you cannot view or download archived records or use paid features.
  2. Buying a new plan restores access to everything.
  3. Free payroll calculation keeps working.
  4. We will remind you by email and/or in the app before expiry. We recommend downloading the records you need before then.
  5. Whether or not your plan has expired, you can still make a data access request under the Privacy Policy.
  6. Exporting locked data: after a plan expires or is transferred, each time a helper's data is locked you can download it yourself once, free, from that helper's locked screen, without buying a new plan. The download is a ZIP containing payslip PDFs, signed payslips, the contract (if stored), the holiday calendar as CSV and the helper's profile. The download link lasts 10 minutes. You can download the export file again for 30 minutes after it is created; after that the file can no longer be downloaded and is deleted from our servers within 48 hours. This applies only to the export file itself; the original data in your account continues to be kept or deleted under the Privacy Policy. If the download doesn't work, email support@payhelpers.com.
  7. Signing links already sent to your helper keep working after expiry, so your helper can still sign.

7. Refunds

Refunds are handled under the Refund Policy (https://payhelpers.com/refund). In short:

  • Yearly plans: a full refund within 3 days of payment if no paid feature has been used;
  • Monthly plan: a full refund within 3 days of the first monthly charge; cancelling after that does not refund the current month (you keep the paid period).

See the Refund Policy for other cases. The Refund Policy does not affect any rights you have under Hong Kong law.

8. Your responsibilities as employer

  1. Paying wages and complying with the law is your responsibility, including:
    • the Employment Ordinance (Cap. 57), for example rest days, statutory holidays, annual leave, payment of wages and record keeping;
    • the Standard Employment Contract you signed with your helper;
    • the Immigration Department's rules on employing helpers.
  2. The Service is a tool to help you. It does not pay your helper for you or carry out any legal duty for you.
  3. You must make sure all information you enter is correct.

9. Calculations and hints are for reference only

  1. Payroll calculations, holiday tables and hints (for example the Minimum Allowable Wage, food allowance and makeup-leave reminders) are for reference only and are not legal advice.
  2. The government may announce new figures or rules from time to time. We try to update promptly but may not reflect changes immediately.
  3. If in doubt, check with the Labour Department or Immigration Department, or get professional advice.

10. Contract upload and OCR prefill

  1. You can upload a contract PDF or phone photo, and the Service will use optical character recognition (OCR) to prefill the helper form.
  2. OCR results may be wrong or incomplete. You must check every field before you confirm. You are responsible for the confirmed data.
  3. You must have the right to upload the contract.

11. E-sign

  1. E-sign is a record that the helper has acknowledged receiving a payslip, for both employer and helper.
  2. E-sign is not guaranteed to be accepted as a certified electronic signature (for example a digital signature under the Electronic Transactions Ordinance (Cap. 553)) by every government department, organisation or court.
  3. Where needed, also keep a written acknowledgement or other proof of payment (such as a bank transfer record).

12. Acceptable use

You must not:

  1. Enter data about others that you have no right to use, or use the Service for anything unrelated to employing a helper;
  2. Upload unlawful or infringing content, or malware;
  3. Try to access other users' data, or interfere with, hack or overload the Service;
  4. Resell, sublet or share a paid plan with other employers;
  5. Use the Service for anything unlawful or fraudulent.

13. Your content

  1. The content you enter and upload belongs to you (or the relevant rights holder).
  2. You permit us to store, process and display it as needed to provide the Service.
  3. How we handle personal data is set out in the Privacy Policy.

14. Availability and changes

  1. We try to keep the Service running reliably but cannot promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. Maintenance, upgrades or third-party outages may cause interruptions.
  2. We may update, change or add features.
  3. If we need to shut down the whole Service, we will give you at least 30 days' notice so you can download your data, and refund unused paid time pro rata.
  4. If we ever start charging for a feature that is currently free (including payroll calculation), we will give you at least 30 days' notice. Plans you have already bought are not affected.

15. Intellectual property

The software, design, text, logos and the "PayHelpers HK" brand belong to us or our licensors. You may use the Service under these terms, but you may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer or otherwise exploit it.

16. Limitation of liability

  1. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, or loss caused by incorrect data you entered, OCR prefill you did not check, or reliance on reference figures.
  2. To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability to you is capped at the total fees you paid us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.
  3. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law, including death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, and your rights under Hong Kong law such as the Control of Exemption Clauses Ordinance (Cap. 71) and the Supply of Services (Implied Terms) Ordinance (Cap. 457).

17. Termination

  1. You can delete your account at any time. Please download the records you need first. Data is deleted as set out in the Privacy Policy.
  2. If you seriously or repeatedly breach these terms, we may suspend or close your account. Unless it is urgent or the law prevents it, we will tell you first and give you reasonable time to download your data.
  3. No refund is given if we close your account because you breached these terms, unless the law requires otherwise.

18. Changes to these terms

If we make material changes, we will tell you by email and/or in the app before they take effect. Continuing to use the Service after the change takes effect means you accept it.

19. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Both parties submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of the Hong Kong SAR.

20. General

  1. If any part of these terms is invalid, the rest remains in effect.
  2. These terms, the Privacy Policy and the Refund Policy are the whole agreement between you and us.
  3. If the Chinese and English versions differ, the Chinese version prevails.
