If I buy the 1-year or 2-year plan, will I be charged automatically every year?

No. The 1-year plan (HK$69) and the 2-year plan (HK$99) are a one-time payment and do not auto-renew. When the plan ends, you can buy another yearly plan, or choose the monthly plan (HK$39 / month). Payroll calculation stays free.

Does the HK$39 monthly plan charge again / renew automatically?

Yes. The monthly plan is HK$39 a month and renews automatically (the next period is charged unless you have already cancelled). This is not the yearly one-time plan — yearly plans do not auto-renew; the monthly plan does. Completely optional — you are not pushed to upgrade.

How do I cancel the monthly plan? Does access stop as soon as I cancel?

You can cancel from Account, Billing, or the pricing page via Stripe Customer Portal. After you cancel you keep this month; paid features stop at the end of the period (cancel at period end), and the next period is not charged. Cancelling does not stop access immediately.

How many helpers does a plan cover?

1 active helper. Another helper needs another plan. Records of inactive helpers are kept.

Can I get a refund?

Yes — a full refund within 3 days of payment if no paid feature has been used (no payslip saved to the archive, no e-sign link created, no no-watermark PDF downloaded). See the Refund Policy for details.

What happens when my plan ends?

Your data is kept but locked until you renew. Renewing restores access immediately; if you renew early, the new plan starts the day after your current expiry date.

What if a renewal charge fails?

If an automatic renewal charge fails, there is about a 3-day grace period. Paid features stay available while we retry; after that, paid features stop (cloud save, e-sign, no watermark) and payroll calculation stays free. Your account notice and the terms give the detail.

Can leftover days on a yearly plan be converted into the monthly plan?

Leftover days on a yearly plan are not converted into a monthly plan. After the yearly plan ends, you can choose the monthly plan at HK$39 / month, or buy another one-time yearly plan (HK$69 for 1 year or HK$99 for 2 years).

Can I get a refund on the monthly plan?
