我們只以電郵處理查詢。請勿在電郵中提供護照號碼、身分證號碼或信用卡號碼。你在電郵中提供的資料只會用於回覆你的查詢，詳情見《私隱政策》。

2. 回覆時間

我們會在 2個工作天內回覆（星期一至五，香港公眾假期除外）。

3. 私隱要求

查閱資料、改正資料或其他私隱事宜，請以電郵聯絡資料保障主任：

我們會在40日內處理查閱及改正資料要求。

4. 我們可以協助甚麼

  • 可以：解釋本服務如何運作、計算結果如何得出、帳戶及付款問題。
  • 不可以：提供法律意見，或就你與外傭之間的個別僱傭糾紛作出判斷。

We reply within 2 working days (Monday to Friday, excluding Hong Kong public holidays).

3. Privacy requests

For data access, data correction or other privacy matters, please email our Data Protection Officer:

  • We can: explain how the Service works, how a calculation was reached, and help with account and payment questions.
  • We cannot: give legal advice or decide individual employment disputes between you and your helper.
